We have been in our current church home for over 15 years now. During this time, the property has been fully paid for but minimal maintenance has been done. The exterior painting and roof are what was there when the property was a Jehovah Witness Meeting Hall, before it was purchased by Unity of the White Mountains. The parking lot deteriorated with wear and from roots of nearby trees. These and other areas of the property need to be renewed.
In the fall of 2023, a team of church and Board members came together to look at the property and identify areas needing attention. The team created a "Renewal Campaign" to raise funds for the following major areas. Three cost estimates were obtained and the best bid was selected for each item.
Renew Parking Lot by removing tree roots, repaving and new parking spaces

Renew interior painting throughout, new banners, beautify with office window coverings and new entry door signage.

Renew roof, replacing damaged plywood, installing new 50-year shingle roof and new rain gutters. THIS IS TOP PRIORITY NOW, TO REPLACE THE ROOF BEFORE WINTER.
